"Very Poor Experience – Misleading and Untrustworthy

I contacted this State Farm agent to purchase insurance for my rental property. Despite being a loyal customer in the past, they refused to sell me coverage, citing a previous policy cancellation from 5 years ago. They also lied, claiming that State Farm’s “new rules” prevent them from insuring homes owned by an LLC.

After calling another State Farm agent, I was able to purchase insurance in just 5 minutes. This clearly shows that the first agent’s excuses were false. If they lie about something as important as eligibility, how can you trust them to protect your assets?

Do not go here. They seem more interested in taking your money than in actually providing coverage. Absolutely unprofessional."
